Crunch. Bang. Pop.

So last night I was in my first accident in 10+ years. I wasn't hurt (thankfully),
but the Audi took some damage. I HATE when S#@T like this happens.
On top of this,it was my fault this time around (which NEVER happens).

I hate the feeling of helplessness and that out-of-body experience you have when
this is taking place. The WTF moment. Wondering if anyone is hurt, how much
damage happened to you and to the other guy.

The what-if-only's run through your head. The why didn't I do this plays over
and over. The dread. The Mental and Physical cost. Enough to make you ill.

I'm a 3rd Generation worrier. I normally have it all in check but on evenings
like last night I'm a mess. Thankfully for my awesome support team of friends,
family and T-Dub, they all talk me off the ledge... or in my case, a small
mental breakdown.

I remember in the late 90's the EXCITEMENT of hearing that they were making not only a
Lord of the Rings movie, but a TRILOGY. This year the the Blu-Ray extended versions were released
and the circle was complete.

EXCEPT now next year the first part of "The Hobbit" movies will come out and I couldn't be happier!!!
Really looking forward to it considering how AWESOME the LOTR movies were portrayed.
