Dieci anni di Passione

WOW!!!
I must say SONY really stuck it out there on their new Adverting campaign.
In Italy Sony recently ran a full-page ad featuring a gamer wearing a
crown of thorns made of PlayStation button with the text "Dieci anni di passione",
translating to "10 years of passion".

Now, being a (non-practicing) Christian I don't find this offensive,
but I can see where it would. Actually, I think it's just a stupid ad.

With the amount of GOOD ADS they put out, I think they went with the
cheap thrills ad. Something that will get people talking (and look, it has).

All I can say is, anyone that critiques ads will see through this cheap ploy
of BAD Sony advertising. Let's see how they do with the PS3 coming out and
supporting Blu-Ray technology. My vote is for HD-DVD, which will hit 6 months
before Blu-Ray drives.

You know how religous I am....and this bothered me......it's a poor attempt to grab attention......if this is the best their marketing department can come up with, they are overpaying EVERYONE !!!
