Here I am, still waiting to hear back from a bevey of perspective employers,
when today I hear back from 3 of them. No great news to report but 2 of them
are just trying people out that have worked for them before
(i.e. – they may or may not have the job).
Besides that, I continue to work on my marketing plan and getting my website
up and running.Once that is up, I really believe that tool will help TONS
with clients & future jobs.
The word for today is MARKETING.
It time for me to take the future into my own hands.
Still hitting the gym with regularity and eating the best I can,
with some cheating in there.I figured something has to stay constant
in my life.

The San Diego Chargers had the opportunity to show how GREAT
they are on a large stage last night, playing the Pittsburgh Steelers
on MNF. LT continued his record of scoring in the last 17 games.
Drew Brees was a little off but was getting a lot of pressure from
the Steelers Defense. The Bolts looked great but came up short.
I expect to see these two teams play again in the playoffs.
Final score: Steelers – 24, Chargers – 22
Well, that is it for the Padres.
Swept by the MUCH BETTER St. Louis Cardinals.
The Pads played good during the season but were
WAY over-matched in this series.
Time to get rid of Klesko, bring in some power hitting,
and make sure our pitching is solid.
I gues you say, "At least there is next year".
Browsing the web over the weekend I came across the website for
Kevin Smith’s newest vehicle, which happens to be the “follow up”
to one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE movies – Clerks.
The movie will be called “The Passion of the Clerks”.
Like Superman & King Kong, KS is doing video updates on the site.
You have to check them out. They are hilarious!!

Also, for those of you that are Kevin Smith / Clerks / Mallrats /
anything funny stuff, should be watching Jason Lee on his new TV show
“My Name is Earl”. Very funny show. JL is great on it and this show will
save NBC since FRIENDS left (anyone remember “Coupling”?).
No, really, it is funny and has a great cast.

GREAT 'STACH!!
WOW!!!
I must say SONY really stuck it out there on their new Adverting campaign.
In Italy Sony recently ran a full-page ad featuring a gamer wearing a
crown of thorns made of PlayStation button with the text "Dieci anni di passione",
translating to "10 years of passion".
Now, being a (non-practicing) Christian I don't find this offensive,
but I can see where it would. Actually, I think it's just a stupid ad.
With the amount of GOOD ADS they put out, I think they went with the
cheap thrills ad. Something that will get people talking (and look, it has).
All I can say is, anyone that critiques ads will see through this cheap ploy
of BAD Sony advertising. Let's see how they do with the PS3 coming out and
supporting Blu-Ray technology. My vote is for HD-DVD, which will hit 6 months
before Blu-Ray drives.
