I read today my beautiful,luxurious and very FAST car is the 9th most
ticketed car on the road.... Crap!!!

because it helps them meet their ticket quotas. Here's a tip: If you have an H2, maybe you shouldn't
drive it near then end of the month when traffic cops are scrambling to make their numbers.

Still Life OR Shoot, Shoot, Shoot!!!

Creativity... Be it Design, Drawing, Painting or my first love -
Photography. Being creative is in my blood. I've been planning on
expanding my horizon and flexing my imagination. Step one -
a new camera.

So after a few freelance projects I bought one...
actually, I had Dave get one with his SONY discount.

I got the Sony Alpha DSLR-A300X. It's a pretty sweet body,
and I got a set of two lens as well. I have a couple of ideas
for projects. Now I just need to find the time to work on them.
Fortunately, I'm planning on taking my camera everywhere.

Next step... buy some paint and brushes.

Baby, I got your Money

In today's economy, even the GREEDY baseball owners (including the Padres) have
realized that the average fan can no longer afford their EXPENSIVE concessions.

So the Pads unveiled "value meals". The “5 for $5,” available at every home game,
includes a regular-sized hot dog, peanuts, popcorn, cookie and soda for $5.
For an additional $5, fans can swap the soda for a 16-ounce draft beer.

On weekends, fans can land an upper reserved ticket, a Coke and a hot dog for $12.

An all-you-can-eat pavilion will be established in right field during all games,
with a menu of hot dogs, veggie dogs, nachos, popcorn, ice cream and soda.
With an upper reserved seat, this will cost $28; with an upper box seat, $3.

This year, a 20-ounce premium beer will cost $8.50 and a 16-ounce domestic
beer will remain $6.50.

This makes me happy.... :)

Pussy Purrin' and Lookin so Satisfied

Lately we have had a LARGE influx of felines at the Compound.
Mister has had the run of the roost for a long time but now we have:
Pika, a tiger-striped kitty and his brother, Mitch, a white and black cat;
Miko, an orange cat and Mister's nemesis; and Angel & Onyx - two black
kitties.
